赤·吲乙·芸薹与氯氟吡啶酯混用对水稻安全性的生理生化机制
Physiological and Biochemical Mechanism of GA·IAA·BR mixed with Florpyrauxifen-Benzyl on the Selectivity of Oryza sativa
【摘要】 为明确赤·吲乙·芸薹与除草剂氯氟吡啶酯混用对水稻安全性及生理生化的影响,以籼稻明恢63为研究对象,设置清水对照、0.136%赤·吲乙·芸薹可湿性粉剂(WP)45 g/hm~2、3%氯氟吡啶酯乳油(EC) 1 200 mL/hm~2和0.136%赤·吲乙·芸薹WP 45 g/hm~2+3%氯氟吡啶酯EC 1 200 mL/hm~2混用4个处理,观察药后水稻的生长状况,测定叶绿素荧光参数、光合参数、糖代谢、氮代谢等生理指标。结果表明,尽管不同处理的水稻均无药害症状,但与氯氟吡啶酯单用相比,氯氟吡啶酯+赤·吲乙·芸薹混用处理后5 d,水稻的表观电子传递效率(ETR)、光化学淬灭系数(q_P)显著提高;抗氧化酶活性、糖代谢和氮代谢等指标均明显提高;水稻体内激素IAA、BR含量提高,ABA含量显著降低。表明赤·吲乙·芸薹与氯氟吡啶酯混用后,能有效缓解氯氟吡啶酯对水稻光合生理的影响,提高叶片光能转化率,促进水稻的光合作用;提高体内抗氧化水平,增强抗逆性;有利于水稻对营养物质的吸收、合成与运输,从而调控水稻的生长。
【Abstract】 It was the aim to define the effect of GA·IAA·BR mixed with florpyrauxifen-benzyl on the selectivity and physiology and biochemistry of Oryza sativa.Wetook indica rice“Minghui 63”as the research object,and set up four mixture treatments,including water control,GA·IAA·BR 0.136%WP with the dosage of 45 g/hm~2,florpyrauxifenbenzyl 3%EC with the dosage of 1 200 L/hm~2and GA·IAA·BR 0.136%WP with the dosage of 45 g/hm~2+florpyrauxifen-benzyl 3%EC with the dosage of 1 200 mL/hm~2.Then,we also observed the selectivity of O.sativa,and determined chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,photosynthetic parameters,glucose metabolism,nitrogen metabolism and so on.The results showed that there was no symptoms of herbicide damage under different treatments.Compared to the single applied with florpyrauxifen-benzyl,the apparent electron transport rate (ETR) and photochemical quenching coefficient (q_P) of O.sativa significantly increased after 5 days applied with the mixed treatment of florpyrauxifen-benzyl+GA·IAA·BR;Antioxidant enzyme activity,glucose metabolism and nitrogen metabolism significantly increased;The contents of IAA and BR increased,while the content of ABA decreased significantly.In summary,GA·IAA·BR mixed with florpyrauxifen-benzyl could effectively alleviate the impact of florpyrauxifen-benzyl on photosynthetic physiology of O.sativa,improve the conversion rate of light energy in leaves,promote photosynthesis,the level of antioxidation and resistance of O.sativa.It was conducive to the absorption,synthesis and transportation of nutrients so as to regulate the growth of O.sativa.
