泥浆发电机用磁力传动机构的性能实验研究

【摘要】 磁力传动技术应用在泥浆发电机上能避免高速轴承等关键零部件被钻井液磨损冲蚀,提高使用寿命。为了研究泥浆发电机用磁力传动机构的性能,利用磁力传动性能测试实验台,对磁力传动机构进行了静态和动态性能实验,获得了不同的性能参数,并结合理论计算和有限元仿真进行了对比分析。分析表明,磁转矩随静态转角的变化为正弦曲线,最大磁转矩随耦合长度的增加呈线性增长,理论值、仿真值和实验值基本一致。磁力传动机构的启动转矩大于工作转矩,转速从100 r/min增大到1 500 r/min时,驱动端的转矩增加了2~3 N·m,隔离套的涡流损耗增大,传动效率下降。该实验结果可为磁力传动机构在泥浆发电机上的工程化应用提供指导。

【Abstract】 Applying magnetic drive technology to mud generator can avoid the wear and erosion of important components such as high-speed bearings by mud, so as to improve the service life of generator. In order to study the performance of the magnetic transmission mechanism for mud generator, the static and dynamic performance experiments of the magnetic transmission mechanism are carried out by using the magnetic transmission performance test-bed, and different performance parameters are obtained, which are compared and analyzed by combining theoretical calculation and finite element simulation. The analysis results show that the change of magnetic torque with static angle is sinusoidal. The maximum magnetic torque increases linearly with the increase of coupling length. The theoretical value, simulation value and experimental value of magnetic torque are basically consistent. The starting torque of magnetic drive mechanism is larger than the working torque. When the speed is increased from 100 r/min to 1 500 r/min, the torque of drive end increases by 2~3 N·m, the eddy current loss of the isolation sleeve increases, the transmission efficiency decrease. The experimental results can provide guidance for the engineering application of magnetic drive mechanism on mud generator.
