有机硅助剂与茚虫威混配对防治草地贪夜蛾的增效作用
Synergistic effect of three organosilicon adjuvants mixed with indoxacarb on the control of Spodoptera frugiperda
【摘要】 在测定不同浓度下有机硅助剂S408、S806、ASP对蒸馏水表面张力影响的基础上,探索特定浓度下有机硅助剂与茚虫威混配防治草地贪夜蛾幼虫的增效机制。研究得出,S408、S806、ASP的临界胶束浓度(CMC)分别为100、100、200μg/mL;添加0.01%的上述助剂后,茚虫威对草地贪夜蛾的室内毒力大幅提高,致死中浓度分别为2.45、2.56、3.12μg/mL,相较未添加助剂的茚虫威致死中浓度(42.12μg/mL),增效倍数分别为17.19、16.45、13.50倍。进一步研究发现,添加0.01%的有机硅助剂对溶液表面张力和扩展直径影响显著,尤其是添加S408或S806后,溶液表面张力显著降低,扩展性显著增强。由此得出,添加有机硅助剂使得药液表面张力降低和扩展性增强是助剂对茚虫威发挥协同增效作用的关键因素。
【Abstract】 Based on the determ ination of the effects of organosilicon adjuvants S408, S806, and ASP on the surface tension of distilled water at different concentrations, the synergistic mechanism of organosilicon adjuvants and indoxacarb on the larvae of Spodoptera frugiperda at specific concentrations was investigated. The results showed that the critical micelle concentration(CMC) of S408, S806, and ASP was100 μg/mL, 100 μg/mL, and 200 μg/mL, respectively. After adding 0.01% of the aforementioned additives, the toxicity of indoxacarb to S. frugiperda indoors significantly increased and resulted in median lethal concentrations of 2.45 μg/mL, 2.56 μg/mL, and 3.12 μg/mL, respectively. In comparison to the median lethal concentration(42.12 μg/mL) of indoxacarb without organosilicon adjuvants, the synergistic multiples were 17.19, 16.45, and 13.50 times, respectively. Further study found that the addition of 0.01% organosilicon adjuvants had a significant effect on both surface tension and expansion diameter of the solution. Specifically, following the addition of S408 and S806, the surface tension decreased considerably and the expansibility significantly increased. In conclusion,the addition of organosilicon adjuvants to reduce the surface tension and enhance the expansibility of the solution is the key factor for the synergistic effect of the additives on indoxacarb.
