2018—2022年北方甘薯种植区登记甘薯品种抗病性分析
Disease resistance analysis of sweet potato varieties registered in northern sweet potato-planting areas of China from 2018 to 2022
【摘要】 为明确我国北方甘薯种植区甘薯品种抗病性水平,系统分析了2018—2022年登记的164个甘薯品种对根腐病、黑斑病和茎线虫病的抗性。结果表明,近5年北方甘薯种植区登记甘薯品种的整体抗病性较好,但高抗品种尤其是抗黑斑病的甘薯品种较少,兼抗3种病害的品种更少。通过对其中定向杂交选育的45个抗性品种进行系谱分析发现,甘薯品种近亲繁殖系数较高,遗传背景狭窄;其抗性基因有部分来源于日本和美国为主的国外品种、当地品种和近缘野生种。建议加强甘薯种质资源的引进和创制,同时做好甘薯新品种推广和主要病虫害的监测与防治工作。
【Abstract】 In order to clarify the disease resistance level of sweet potato varieties in the northern sweet potato-planting areas of China, the resistance to root rot, black spot, and stem nematode of 164 sweet potato varieties registered from 2018 to 2022was systematically analyzed. The results showed that in the past five years, the registered sweet potato varieties in the northern sweet potato-planting area had good disease resistance. But there were relatively few high-resistance materials,especially black spot-resistant varieties, and fewer varieties resistant to the three diseases. The genealogical analysis found that the sources of resistance genes of disease-resistant varieties mainly derived from foreign varieties mainly from Japan and the United States, local varieties, and related wild species. But through genetic background analysis, it was found that the inbreeding coefficient of sweet potato varieties was high and the genetic background was narrow. It is suggested that the introduction and creation of sweet potato germplasm resources should be strengthened, and the promotion of new sweet potato varieties and the monitoring and control of major diseases and pests should be done well.
