【摘要】 患者女，26岁，左面部丘疹3个月余。单侧皮损出现前患者曾有面神经麻痹病史。予口服醋酸泼尼松片，肌注维生素B1,口服地巴唑、呋喃硫胺及甲钴胺，结合针灸理疗等治疗，患者面瘫症状渐缓解。皮肤科情况：面部不对称分布多发性暗红色丘疹、脓疱，主要集中在左侧。诊断：寻常痤疮(面瘫治疗后)。经过常规痤疮治疗方案治疗后，皮损消退。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 26-year-old female patient presented with an over 3-month history of papules on her left face after facial paralysis. After oral prednisone acetate tablets, intramuscular injection of vitamin B1, oral bendazol, fursutiamine and mecobalamin, combined with acupuncture and physical therapy, the symptoms of facial paralysis were gradually relieved.The dermatologic examination showed asymmetric dark red papules and pustules on her face, mostly on the left side. The diagnosis of acne vulgaris after facial paralysis was made.The lesions resolved after a routine therapeutic regimen for acne vulgaris.更多还原
