【摘要】 目的 通过实验研究，观察益气排毒方对慢性肾脏病大鼠肾脏病理的改善作用，初步探讨其作用机制：研讨益气排毒方组方，为其临床推广提供实验研究和理论依据。方法 将SPF级wistar大鼠，采用“腺嘌呤”建立大鼠慢性肾脏病模型30只，随机分配为干预组、对照组、正常组各10只，正常组大鼠正常饮食喂养，根据成人体重比例换算，干预组以23.38 mL/kg来灌胃，平均给药量为4 mL/只，对照组以等量蒸馏水灌胃，连续给药28 d。处死大鼠，摘取肾脏，称取单肾重量，计算肾重/体重比值，肉眼观察肾脏外观，再对肾脏组织进行切片和HE染色，观察肾脏病理变化。结果 与对照组相比较，干预组可延缓和逆转肾脏病理损伤，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 益气排毒方可减轻腺嘌呤致慢性肾脏病大鼠的肾脏损害，延缓和抑制慢性肾衰竭的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the improvement effect of Qi-tonifying and Detoxification Prescription on renal pathology in rats with chronic kidney disease through experimental research, and preliminarily explore its mechanism of action and to discuss its formulation to provide experimental research and theoretical basis for its clinical promotion. Methods: 30 SPF wistar rats were randomly assigned to intervention group, control group and normal group, 10 rats each group. The normal group was fed on normal diet. According to the proportion of adult body weight, the intervention group was given 23.38 mL/kg by gavage, and the average dose was 4 mL/rat. The control group was given the same amount of distilled water intragastrically for 28 days. The rats were sacrificed to obtain their kidneys, weigh single kidney, calculate the ratio of kidney weight to body weight and observe the appearance of the kidney by naked eye, and then the kidney tissue was sliced and stained by HE to observe the pathological changes of the kidney. Results: Compared with the control group, the intervention group could delay and reverse the kidney pathological injury, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion: Qi-tonifying and Detoxifying Prescription can alleviate renal damage in rats with chronic renal disease induced by adenine, delay and inhibit the occurrence of chronic renal failure.更多还原
