基于ANSYS Workbench的100 t折弯机机械补偿装置的优化

【摘要】 为提高折弯机的加工精度,以某100 t型折弯机及其配套机械补偿装置为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件计算折弯机满载时的总挠度变形和机械补偿装置的挠度补偿,并根据总挠度补偿曲线对机械补偿装置的楔块进行优化设计,实现折弯机全长挠度补偿.结果表明,优化后折弯机的加工精度明显提高,试件角度平均误差减少了30′,直线度平均误差减少了0.27 mm.

【Abstract】 In order to improve the machining accuracy of the bending machine, this paper takes a 100 t type bending machine and its supporting mechanical compensation device as the research object, calculates the total deflection deformation of the bending machine at full load and the deflection compensation of the mechanical compensation device by using the ANSYS Workbench finite element software. According to the total deflection compensation curve, the wedge of the mechanical compensation device is optimally designed to realize the full-length deflection compensation of the bending machine. The results show that the machining accuracy of the optimized bending machine is obviously improved, the average angle error of the specimen is reduced by 30′, and the average straightness error is reduced by 0.27 mm.
