日粮添加巧克力粉对哺乳母猪和仔猪生产性能的影响
Effect of chocolate product on the performance of lactating sows and piglets
【摘要】 [目的]探究日粮中添加巧克力粉对哺乳母猪和断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。[方法]试验1将妊娠末期的50头母猪,随机分成2组,对照组饲喂商业日粮,试验组中用4%的巧克力粉替代对照组日粮中的部分玉米和豆粕,试验至母猪分娩后33 d结束。试验2将330头21日龄断奶仔猪分为3组,每组11个重复,每个重复10头猪,分别饲喂对照组商业日粮,以及对照组日粮中添加了6%和12%巧克力粉代替部分和全部高蛋白乳清粉的日粮,饲养周期为10 d。试验3将520头保育仔猪分为2组,每组10个重复,每个重复26头仔猪,对照组饲喂商业日粮,试验组中用5%的巧克力粉替代对照组日粮中5%的低蛋白乳清粉,饲养周期为28 d。[结果]试验1结果显示,与对照组相比,日粮中添加巧克力粉显著增加了仔猪的平均初生重、平均断奶重和平均日增重,提升了母猪平均日采食量的趋势(P=0.08);试验2结果显示,与对照组相比,日粮中添加6%和12%的巧克力粉对断奶仔猪体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和腹泻率均无显著影响,但是日粮中添加12%的巧克力粉可以显著降低料肉比;试验3结果显示,与对照组相比,日粮中添加5%的巧克力粉对保育猪的最终体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和料肉比均无显著影响。[结论]哺乳母猪和仔猪日粮中添加适当剂量的巧克力粉替代部分玉米、豆粕或乳清粉能改善动物的生产性能。
【Abstract】 [Objectives] To investigate the effect of dietary supplementation of chocolate product on the production performance of lactating sows and weaned piglets. [Methods] Experiment 1, 50 sows at the end of gestation were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was fed commercial diets, and some of the corn and soybean meal in the control diet were replaced with 4% chocolate product in the experimental group. The feeding trial lasted 33 days after farrowing. Experiment 2,330 piglets weaned at21 days of age were divided into 3 groups with 11 replicates of 10 pigs each. The piglets were fed the control diet or the control diet with 6% and 12% chocolate product instead of 5% and 10% high protein whey powder for 10 days. Experiment 3,520 nursery piglets were divided into 2 groups with 10replicates of 26 piglets each. The piglets were fed the control diet or the control diet with 5% chocolate product instead of 5% low-protein whey powder for 28 days. [Results] In the experiment 1, compared to the control, dietary supplementation of 4% chocolate product significantly increased the average birth weight, average weaning weight and average daily gain of piglets, as well as the tendency to enhance the average daily feed intake of sows(P = 0.08). In the experiment 2, compared to the control, dietary supplementation of 6% and 12% chocolate product did not affect the final body weight, average body weight gain, average feed intake and diarrhea rate, while dietary supplementation of 12% chocolate product reduced the feed/gain ratio of the piglets. In the experiment 3, dietary addition of 5% chocolate product had no significant effect on the final body weight, average body weight gain, average feed intake and feed/gain ratio of nursery pigs compared to the control group. [Conclusions] Supplementation of appropriate doses of chocolate product in the diets of lactating sows and piglets can replace some of the corn, soybean meal or whey meal and improve the performance of the animals.
