【摘要】 Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis Bi-07（动物双歧杆菌乳亚种Bi-07，乳双歧杆菌Bi-07），来源于人体并在乳中能良好生长，目前已被商业化销售和消费超过20年，在中国、美国、加拿大、澳新、法国、丹麦、日本、韩国等多个国家批准应用于食品及膳食补充剂，如乳制品、益生菌产品等。研究表明，乳双歧杆菌Bi-07具有调节肠道菌群，增强免疫功能等多项健康功能。本文通过对PubMed、ScienceDirect、CNKI、万方等国内外数据库进行检索，系统综述乳双歧杆菌Bi-07的安全性及其对肠道菌群、免疫功能、胃肠道功能等健康促进功能的研究现状。[营养学报，2023,45(2):133-138]更多还原

【Abstract】 Bifidobacterium animalis subspK lactis Bi-07(Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07), which originates from human body and can grow well in milk, has been commercially sold and consumed for more than 20 years, and approved for use in food and dietary supplements, such as dairy products and probiotic products, in China, the United States, Canada, Australia,New Zealand, France, Denmark, Japan, South Korea and other countries or regions. Accumulating evidence shows that Bi-07has many health functions such as regulating intestinal flora and enhancing immune function. Through searching PubMed,ScienceDirect, CNKI, Wanfang and other domestic and foreign databases. We systematically reviewed its safety and research progress on intestinal flora, immune function, gastrointestinal function and other health promotion functions.
