【摘要】 目的 探究情志护理联合穴位贴敷在妊娠剧吐（HG）患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年6月就诊本院的HG患者62例，以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组，各31例。对照组给予常规治疗与护理干预，观察组在前者基础上，联合情志护理与穴位贴敷护理。对比两组临床症状评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、Kolcaba舒适状况量表（GCQ）、妊娠恶心呕吐生命质量量表（NVPQOL）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分及满意度。结果 干预后观察组食入即吐、头晕厌食、呕吐清水、恶心呕吐评分较对照组低（P <0.05）；观察组止吐时间、平均呕吐次数、住院时间较对照组低（P <0.05）；与干预后对照组相比，观察组SDS、SAS评分均较低（P <0.05）；干预后观察组NVPQOL评分低于对照组，GCQ评分高于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组总满意度为96.77%(30/31)，对照组为80.65%(25/31)，两组对比，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05），但观察组非常满意率[64.52%(20/31)]高于对照组[35.48%(11/31)](P <0.05)。结论 穴位贴敷与情志护理联合干预可改善HG患者的临床症状，促进病情好转，还能缓解不良情绪，增强住院舒适度，提高生活质量与满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of emotional nursing combined with acupoint application in patients with hyperemesis gravidarum(HG). Methods A total of 62 patients with HG admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing intervention, and the observation group was combined with emotional nursing and acupoint sticking nursing on the basis of the former. The scores of clinical symptoms, Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS), General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ), the Nausea and Vomiting in Pregnancy Quality of Life(NVPQOL), Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of vomiting, dizziness and anorexia, vomiting water, nausea and vomiting in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The duration of antiemesis, the average number of vomiting and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05). After intervention, NVPQOL score of observation group was lower than control group, GCQ score was higher than control group(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%(30/31) and that of the control group was 80.65%(25/31). There was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05), but the very satisfaction rate of the observation group was 64.52%(20/31) higher than that of the control group 35.48%(11/31)(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined intervention of acupoint application and emotional nursing can improve the clinical symptoms of HG patients, promote the improvement of the condition, relieve the bad mood, enhance the comfort of hospitalization, improve the quality of life and satisfaction.更多还原
