【摘要】 基于电长度可调的移相原理,将波导窄边缝隙电桥与环形移相段相结合,通过旋转式扼流活塞进行移相,设计了一款新型旋转式高功率微波移相器。该移相器具有结构紧凑、易于驱动、移相范围大、移相精度高及功率容量大的优势。仿真结果表明:在2.7~2.9 GHz的工作频段内,该移相器的移相范围大于360°,插入损耗小于0.2 dB,功率容量大于450 MW,在2.8 GHz处,扭转扼流活塞角度为γ时,输出端相位改变量为3.29γ。本文所设计的紧凑型旋转式移相器能够满足高功率微波系统的发展需要,可为下一步的研制和应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 A novel rotary high power microwave phase shifter with a rotating choke piston for phase-shifting is designed by integrating an H-plane slot waveguide with a ring-shaped waveguide phase-shifting element. The phase shifter has features of compact structure, easy driving, large range and high accuracy of phase-shifting, and large power capacity. The simulation results show that at the operating frequency of 2.7~2.9 GHz, the linear phase-shifting spanning an excess of 360°, a maximum insertion loss is less than 0.2 dB, the power capacity is greater than 450 MW. At 2.8 GHz, rotating the choke piston γ degrees, the output phase changes 3.29γ. The designed compact rotary phase shifter can meet the development needs of high-power microwave systems and provide a reference for its further development and application.
