基于双色板X波段同极化高功率微波合成研究
Dichroic Plate Structure for Homopolar High Power Microwave Synthesis in X-band
【摘要】 针对多路高功率微波合成技术中,合成器采用扩大尺寸的方式容易产生高次模式的问题,在数值模拟的基础上,设计了一种用于高功率微波合成的双色板,可对X波段下两路相同极化方向的高功率微波进行高效合成。当电磁波入射角度为45°时,该双色板对9.3 GHz±50 MHz高功率微波的反射效率大于99%,对9.7 GHz±50 MHz高功率微波的透射效率大于99%,且抑制了高次模式的产生,实现了8 GW的功率容量及紧凑化设计的要求。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a dichroic plate structure is designed for high power microwave(HPM) synthesis, which can efficiently synthesize high power microwaves with the same polarization direction in dual pass-band for X-band. A simulation is conducted on the dichroic plate unit and array. The simulation results show that when the incident angle of the electromagnetic wave is 36~52°, the reflection efficiency of the dichroic plate for HPMs with a frequency of 9.3 GHz±50 MHz is greater than 99%, and a transmission efficiency of the dichroic plate for HPMs with a frequency of 9.7 GHz±50 MHz is greater than 98%. This dichroic plate suppresses the generation of high-order modes and can withstand microwave irradiation with a power of 8 GW with a compact structure.
