杂散电容对陡化前沿Marx发生器影响的研究
Effect of Stray Capacitance on Wave Erection Marx Generator
【摘要】 为深入理解Marx发生器的建立过程,根据Marx发生器过电压产生的机理,综合利用建模仿真和理论推导两种手段定量研究了Marx发生器的级间耦合电容和对地杂散电容对开关同步性能和负载上过电压的影响。推导并得到了杂散电容影响火花开关和负载上过电压的公式,并给出了适用范围。结果表明:在级间耦合电容大于储能电容0.01倍的情况下,开关过电压和负载过电压与级间耦合电容负相关;火花开关上的过电压与对地杂散电容正相关,在杂散电容大于储能电容0.01倍的情况下,负载过电压与对地杂散电容负相关。本研究可为Marx发生器的设计提供一定的参考。
【Abstract】 To deeply understand the establishment process of Marx generator, according to the mechanism of overvoltage of Marx generator, the effects of inter-stage coupling capacitance and ground stray capacitance of Marx generator on switching synchronization performance and overvoltage on load are quantitatively studied by means of modeling, simulation, and theoretical derivation. The formulas of stray capacitance affecting spark gap and overvoltage on load are deduced and obtained, and the application range is given. The results show that when the inter-stage coupling capacitance is greater than 0.01 times of the energy storage capacitance, the gap overvoltage and load overvoltage are negatively correlated with the inter-stage coupling capacitance. The overvoltage on the spark gap is positively correlated with the stray capacitance to ground. When the stray capacitance is greater than 0.01 times of the energy storage capacitance, the load overvoltage is negatively correlated with the ground stray capacitance. This study can provide a certain reference for the design of Marx generator.
