【Abstract】 Information technology is an effective means to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political courses. Adhering to the essential requirements of supplementary teaching, following the construction concept of collaborative education, and with the construction goal of school-local sharing, we explore the construction of a characteristic curriculum ideological and political resource database for local universities according to the principles of articulation, localization and openness. By grasping the key contents, building the content system and collecting the local characteristics, we can form a resource database with prominent focus, complete system and distinctive features.
