【摘要】 目的 探讨瑞马唑仑联合纳布啡用于老年无痛胃镜检查的效果。方法 选取医院2021年12月至2022年12月收治的老年无痛胃镜检查患者88例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各44例。对照组患者予瑞马唑仑联合舒芬太尼麻醉方案，观察组患者予瑞马唑仑联合纳布啡麻醉方案。结果 观察组患者的麻醉诱导和苏醒时间均显著短于对照组（P <0.05）；与麻醉前（T0）比较，两组患者麻醉后1 min(T1)、进镜时（T2）、检查结束时（T3）的平均动脉压（MAP）和心率（HR）均显著降低（P <0.05），但观察组T1和T2的MAP和HR均显著高于对照组（P <0.05）；检查后，两组患者的肾上腺素、促肾上腺皮质激素、皮质醇水平均显著升高（P <0.05），但观察组均显著低于对照组（P <0.05）；观察组的不良反应发生率为4.55%，显著低于对照组的18.18%(P <0.05)。结论 瑞马唑仑联合纳布啡用于老年无痛胃镜检查，能缩短患者的麻醉诱导和苏醒时间，维持其生命体征稳定，减少应激反应对机体的影响，且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of remidazolam combined with nalbuphine in painless gastroscopy in elderly patients.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients underwent painless gastroscopy admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to December2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given an anesthesia regimen of remidazolam and sufentanil,while the patients in the observation group were given an anesthesia regimen of remidazolam combined with nalbuphine.Results The anesthesia induction and recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P < 0. 05);Compared with those before anesthesia(T0),the mean arterial pressure(MAP) and heart rate(HR) in the two groups at 1 min after anesthesia(T1),at the time of endoscopy(T2) and at the end of examination(T3) were significantly lower(P < 0. 05),but the MAP and HR in the observation group at T1and T2were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05);the levels of adrenaline,adrenocorticotropic hormone,and cortisol in the two groups were significantly higher after examination(P < 0. 05),but those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05).
