【Abstract】 The integration of medical industry and scientific research is an important means to improve the conversion rate of medical scientific and technological achievements. The heterogeneity of the two participating parties,hospitals and enterprises,leads to barriers in cooperation. By deconstructing the main influencing factors in the process of hospital-enterprise cooperation,built an evolutionary game mode and reveal the mechanism of cooperation and innovation between the two parties. It found that the initial cooperation willingness has a significant impact on the cooperation success of both parties;compared with the risk sharing coefficient,the incremental income distribution of cooperation has a more significant impact on the cooperation between the two parties;the synergy coefficient also plays a significant role in the cooperation. The research results have significance for promoting scientific research and improving scientific research output efficiency between hospital and enterprises.更多还原
