【摘要】 目的 研究黑龙江省慢性病患者参与医患共享决策对医师信任的影响。方法 采用网络问卷调查，抽取黑龙江省某家三级甲等医院中最有代表性的内分泌科、心内科、神经内科、肿瘤内科及呼吸内科5个慢性病科室共231名慢性病患者为调查对象。通过一般资料、共享决策问卷患者版、维克森林医师信任量表进行问卷调查。结果 二元logistic回归分析结果显示，仁爱信任维度与“帮助患者理解相关信息”“后续治疗安排达成共识”有联系，技术能力信任维度与“帮助患者理解相关信息”、学历有联系。结论 应加强对慢性病患者医学知识的普及，医生在临床决策过程中保持人文关怀，以平等沟通的方式为患者理解相关信息，可提高患者对医生的信任度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of patients with chronic diseases participating in doctor-patient Shared Decision Making on physician trust in Heilongjiang Province.Methods A total of 231 chronic disease patients from five chronic disease departments including endocrinology department,cardiology department,neurology department,oncology department and respiratory department in a tertiary grade A hospital in Heilongjiang Province were selected as the survey objects by means of online questionnaire survey.Questionnaires were conducted through general data,the patient version of the Shared Decision Questionnaire,and the Wake Forest Physician Trust Scale.Results Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the benevolence trust dimension was associated with“helping patients to understand relevant information”and“reaching a consensus on follow-up treatment arrangements”,the technical ability trust dimension was related to“helping patients understand relevant information”and diploma.Conclusion The popularization of medical knowledge for patients with chronic diseases should be strengthened.Doctors should maintain humanistic care in the process of clinical decision-making and understand relevant information for patients in an equal communication manner,which can improve patients’ trust in doctors.更多还原
