【摘要】 开展医务社会工作是“生理—心理—社会”现代医学模式的必然要求，在加强人文关怀、改善医患关系、提高医疗服务质量等方面发挥至关重要的作用。湖北省从2019年开始推动医务社会工作试点，试点工作秉持政府主导、多方联动、因地制宜规范发展的原则，大力推动制度建设、人才培养、实务创新等工作。在归纳试点工作的基础上，分析了试点成效及存在的问题，为医务社会工作深入发展提供建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Carrying out medical social work is the inevitable requirement of “physiology-psychology-society”modern medical model,which also plays a vital role in strengthening humanistic care,improving doctor-patient relationship and improving medical service quality. Since 2019,Hubei province has promoted the pilot of medical social work,which is guided by the principle of government-led,multilateral cooperation. Adjust measures to local conditions and standardize development. Hubei vigorously promotes system construction. personnel training,practice innovation and other work. On the basis of summarizing the pilot work,it analyzes the effectiveness and existing problems of the pilot work,and provides suggestions for the further development of medical social work in Hubei Province,and provides references for the medical social work in other regions of China.更多还原
