静电喷雾制备多功能肝癌介入用栓塞微球研究进展
Research Progress of Electrosprayed Multifunctional Embolic Microspheres for Interventional Embolization of Hepatocellular Carcinoma
【摘要】 介入治疗是中晚期肝癌的首选治疗方案,血管栓塞材料的栓塞效果直接决定着治疗效果。近年来,随着材料科学、医学影像学、生物医学工程等学科的交叉和发展,开发出了一种基于静电喷雾技术的多功能栓塞微球。通过精确控制微球的尺寸和引入自身显影性,可为肝癌的精准介入治疗打下坚实基础。此外,该制备方法易于引入多种功能物质,为介入治疗与其他治疗方法联用提供便利。该文综述基于静电喷雾技术的多功能栓塞微球的优势,展望功能栓塞微球在肿瘤介入治疗中面临的机遇与挑战。
【Abstract】 Interventional therapy is the first choice for treating advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).The embolization effect of embolic material directly determines the therapeutic effect.In recent years, multifunctional embolic microspheres based on electrospray technology have been developed with the development of interdisciplinary subjects including materials science, medical imaging and biomedical engineering.By accurately controlling the size of microspheres and introducing the inherent visibility under medical imaging techniques, it provides a solid foundation for the precise interventional treatment of HCC.In addition, the preparation method is easy to introduce a variety of functional substances, which provides convenience for the combination of interventional therapy and other therapeutic methods.This article reviewed the advantages of multifunctional embolic microspheres fabricated by electrospray technology and looked forward to the opportunities and challenges of functional embolic microspheres in interventional therapy of tumors.
