【摘要】 目的 再评价已发表帕博利珠单抗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的系统评价的质量。方法 在Pub Med,EMBase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science，中国知网，维普和万方数据库中进行搜索，搜集帕博利珠单抗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的系统评价，检索时限均为建库至2022年2月。采用PRISMA声明、AMSTAR 2和GRADE工具分别评价纳入文献的报告质量、方法学质量和证据质量。结果 最终纳入10个系统评价。PRISMA得分为20～26分。AMSTAR2工具评价结果显示8个条目报告完整，2个条目未报告。GRADE分级结果显示系统评价结局指标的等级主要以低质量为主。结论 当前证据显示帕博利珠单抗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌具有显著的临床效果，但其相关系统评价的方法学质量不高，循证医学证据质量有待进一步提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To re-evaluate the quality of published systematic reviews of Pembrolizumab for advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Systematic reviews of Pembrolizumab for advanced non-small cell lung cancer were collected from Pub Med, EMBase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang databases from to February 2022.PRISMA statement, AMSTAR 2 and GRADE tools were used to evaluate the reporting quality, methodological quality, and evidence quality of the included systematic reviews. Results A total of ten systematic reviews were included. The PRISMA score ranged from 20-26. The evaluation results of AMSTAR 2 tool indicated that eight items were reported completely, two items were not reported. The grading results of GRADE showed that the outcome indexes of systematic reviews were mainly of low quality. Conclusion Current evidence shows that Pembrolizumab has significant clinical benefits in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. However,the methodological quality of systematic reviews is insufficient,and the evidence quality of evidence-based medicine needs to be further improved.更多还原
