【摘要】 目的 研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)MNX1-AS1、微RNA(miR)-218-5p表达及临床意义。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月湖北省中医院诊治的120例NSCLC患者,取术中获取的NSCLC组织和癌旁组织,应用荧光定量PCR检测LncRNA MNX1-AS1、miR-218-5p表达。分析NSCLC组织中LncRNA MNX1-AS1与miR-218-5p的相关性及与临床病理特征的关系。以LncRNA MNX1-AS1、miR-218-5p相对表达量的均值(2.321、1.213)为界分为高、低表达组,分析其对NSCLC患者生存预后的影响。结果 NSCLC组织中LncRNA MNX1-AS1表达高于癌旁组织,miR-218-5p表达低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。LncRNA MNX1-AS1与miR-218-5p呈负相关(r=-0.561,P<0.01)。不同淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期患者LncRNA MNX1-AS1、miR-218-5p表达比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LncRNA MNX1-AS1高表达组生存曲线低于LncRNA MNX1-AS1低表达组,miR-218-5p低表达组生存曲线低于miR-218-5p高表达组(P<0.05)。结论NSCLC组织中LncRNA MNX1-AS1表达升高,miR-218-5p表达降低,两者与患者预后不良有关,可能作为预后评估指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of long non-coding RNA(LncRNA) MNX1-AS1 and microRNA(miR)-218-5p in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) tissues. Methods A total of 120 NSCLC patients diagnosed and treated in Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected. The expression of LncRNA MNX1-AS1 and miR-218-5p were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR from NSCLC tissues and paracancer tissues. The correlation between LncRNA MNX1-AS1 and miR-218-5p in NSCLC tissues and its clinicopathologic features were analyzed. The mean of LncRNA MNX1-AS1 and miR-218-5p relative expression levels(2.321、1.213) were divided into high and low expression groups to analyze their effects on survival and prognosis of patients with NSCLC.Results The expression of LncRNA MNX1-AS1 and miR-218-5p in NSCLC tissues was higher than that in paracancer tissues(P<0.05). LncRNA MNX1-AS1 was negatively correlated with miR-218-5p(r=-0.561,P<0.01). The expression of LncRNA MNX1-AS1 and miR-218-5p in patients with different lymph node metastases and tumor stages were statistically significant(P<0.05). The survival curve of LncRNA MNX1-AS1 high-expression group was lower than that of LncRNA MNX1-AS1 low-expression group, and the survival curve of miR-218-5p low-expression group was lower than that of miR-218-5p high-expression group(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of LncRNA MNX1-AS1 increased and miR-218-5p decreased in NSCLC tissues,both of which are associated with poor prognosis of patients and may serve as prognostic evaluation indicators.更多还原
