【摘要】 工伤康复是工伤保险制度的重要内容。“十四五”时期我国工伤康复建设进入了新时代，工伤康复机构作为工伤康复的服务主体，如何发展才能适应新时代要求是现阶段面临的重要问题。本文聚焦工伤康复需求和康复机构发展问题，从工伤康复机构服务形式、服务内容、人才培养、医院管理及工伤康复政策层面分析我国工伤康复机构发展现状及其高质量发展的制约因素，并提出主要解决对策，着力推进工伤康复高质量发展，促进工伤职工公平享有优质工伤康复服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Work injury rehabilitation is an important part of the work injury insurance system. During“the 14th Five-Year Plan”period, China’s work injury rehabilitation development has entered a new era. Work injury rehabilitation institutions are the most important part of work injury rehabilitation. How to develop to meet the requirements of the new era is a major issue at this stage. This study focuses on the needs of work injury rehabilitation and the development of rehabilitation institutions. A number of aspects are considered, including the form and content of service, personnel training, hospital management and work injury rehabilitation policy. Also considered are the developmental status of work injury rehabilitation institutions in China and the restrictive factors of its high quality development. Countermeasures to restrictive factors are proposed that can stimulate high quality development of work injury rehabilitation and promote a fair and excellent environment for employees and patients in work injury rehabilitation.更多还原
