【摘要】 在近年来康复医学飞速发展的背景下，从康复质控的国内外形势、国内康复机构质量控制体系建设情况、康复质控关键环节管理情况等多个方面对我国康复机构康复质量控制与精细化管理的现状进行分析，认为目前我国康复机构质量控制体系建设总体较完善，但康复质量管理体系尚有欠缺，整体缺乏统一的标准、不够精细化和信息化，甚至在某些工作中与国家政策相悖。还需要各级行政管理部门、康复学术团体、康复机构管理组织应围绕康复机构质量控制的精细化管理积极开展研究和实践探索，形成适合我国康复服务现状和未来发展的现代康复质控体系，助力康复事业全面高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of rehabilitation medicine in recent years, this paper analyzes the current situation of rehabilitation quality control and refined management in rehabilitation institutions in China from many aspects, include the international situation of rehabilitation quality control, construction of quality control system in domestic rehabilitation institutions, management of key links of rehabilitation quality control etc. It is believed that the quality control system construction of rehabilitation institutions in China is generally perfect. However, the rehabilitation quality management system is still lacking, there is lack of unified standards as a whole, and it is not refined and informative enough. Even in some work, it is contrary to national policies. It also requires administrative departments at all levels, rehabilitation academic groups, and management organizations of rehabilitation institutions to actively carry out research and practical exploration around the fine management of quality control in rehabilitation institutions.
