【摘要】 总结林国华教授在临床上应用铺棉灸治疗瘙痒性皮肤病经验，并对典型案例进行介绍。林教授在临床上常以铺棉灸治疗瘙痒性皮肤病，并认为“风邪”“火郁”“湿浊”“瘀血”这4个主要矛盾贯穿于整个瘙痒发病过程，治疗上基于《素问·至真要大论》“内者治内，外者治外”的原则，以“搜风通络”“火郁发之”“化瘀生新”立论，巧施铺棉灸疗法，配合刺络拔罐、火针疗法、药棉灸等中医特色外治疗法，进一步达到通阳祛湿之功，令风祛、火散、湿清、瘀除，令瘙痒止。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor Lin Guohua’s clinical experience in applying cotton moxibustion in the treatment of pruritic skin diseases is summarized and typical cases are introduced in this paper. Professor Lin often uses cotton moxibustion to treat skin diseases. He believes that the four main contradictions of“wind pathogen”,“fire stagnation”,“dampness and turbidity”and“blood stasis”run through the whole process of pruritus. The treatment is based on the principles of“internal treatment for internal and external treatment for external”in the Sincerely True Theories of Suwen, with the theory of“searching wind and dredging collaterals”,“fire stagnation requiring dissipation”and“removing blood stasis and generating new”. Therefore,Professor Lin skillfully applies cotton moxibustion therapy, combines with pricking-cupping, fire needle therapy, cotton moxibustion and other external therapy with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, so as to further achieve the function of promoting yang and eliminating dampness, wind expelling, fire dispersing, dampness clearing, stasis removing,and itching stopping.更多还原
