【摘要】 在党支部党建工作引领下，落实立德树人根本任务，探索党建与“医学机能学科”建设发展相融合，以及“医学机能学科”各自特色亮点的互补融合模式。通过参加与举办学科竞赛，开展实验技能培训与科学育人，再到着力抓好课程思政建设，拓途径展思路，不断提高学科育人水平。医学教育要以育人为中心，教育教学提效增质为导向，让学生“早临床”“早科研”“早社会实践”，提高学生思维能力，培育创新与团队精神，促进党建与学科建设品牌创建，真正实现学科融合发展，助力深化“三全育人”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the guidance of party branch construction, the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and cultivating people is implemented, and the integration of party construction and the construction and development of “medical function discipline”is explored, as well as the complementary integration mode of the respective features and highlights of“medical function discipline”.
