【摘要】 当代生活观念及生活方式的改变、女性职业发展和生育角色的履行及卵子冷冻技术的进步是当前社会性卵子冷冻需求产生的重要原因，但充分考虑需求的同时也需要理性地分析其潜在的法律争议及伦理冲突。结合我国人口生育现状及国际经验，通过建立专业的生育咨询门诊、完善全流程监管体系、推动信息化建设和长期随访机制的建立、严厉打击商业化行为等方式有限放开社会性卵子冷冻，有限放开社会性卵子冷冻对保护女性生育的自主选择权和延迟生育能力具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes in contemporary lifestyles and values, the pursuit of women’s career development, the fulfillment of reproductive roles, and the progress of egg freezing technology contribute to the growing demand for social egg freezing.However, while fully considering the needs, it is also necessary to rationally analyze its potential legal controversies and ethical conflicts. Combining the current fertility status in China and international experiences, a limited openness of social egg freezing can be achieved through the establishment of specialized fertility counseling clinics, the enhancement of comprehensive regulatory systems, the promotion of information technology, the establishment of long-term follow-up mechanisms, and the strict crackdown on commercialized practices.
