职业卫生与企业社会责任探讨

【摘要】 就企业社会责任、企业伦理和职业卫生的关系展开讨论。在企业中,职业卫生是保障员工健康的措施,也是企业社会责任和伦理的体现。并就企业社会责任缺失,对存在的职业卫生问题进行探讨。针对企业的社会责任缺失导致的卫生意识缺乏、管理不合理和忽视职业病防治等,建议强化文化建设、道德建设及安全生产管理,提高员工健康意识和维权能力。而职业卫生工作者应该保持职业道德和专业精神,积极参与卫生监督和评估工作。最后,探讨我国部分新兴企业和传统企业的职业卫生伦理问题,强调企业可持续发展中需履行的社会责任和遵守的伦理规范。

【Abstract】 This paper explores the interconnectedness of corporate social responsibility, corporate ethics, and occupational health. Within a company, occupational health serves as a safeguard for the well-being of employees, while simultaneously reflecting the company’s values of social responsibility and ethical conduct. This paper addresses the potential occupational health risks resulting from a lack of corporate social responsibility. Given the lack of health consciousness, unreasonable management practices, and disregard for occupational disease prevention that stem from a company’s lack of social responsibility, it is recommended that companies strengthen their cultural and moral foundations, as well as their safety management practices, to promote employees’ health awareness and protection. Occupational health practitioners should uphold professional ethics and maintain a high level of expertise while actively participating in health monitoring and assessment.Finally, the article examines the occupational health ethics of emerging and traditional enterprises in our country and underscores the importance of companies fulfilling their social responsibility and adhering to ethical norms.
