【摘要】 设计研制一款新型手部外科的智能镜下腕横韧带切割器，以对传统腕横韧带松解术的术式进行优化。使用新型智能镜下腕横韧带切割器只需顺着腕横纹处切开1个约6 mm水平切口，将切割器沿腕横韧带近端穿入腕横韧带远端，通过内窥镜观察器械导板下正中神经和肌腱情况，当条索状组织被安全的保护在导板下方时，便可在导板上方进行关节镜下腕横韧带松解术。通过使用新型智能镜下腕横韧带切割器完成的关节镜下腕横韧带松解术，具有手术切口小、术中可视化、术后创伤轻、恢复周期短以及不残留瘢痕等优点，可极大提高临床疗效和安全性，是一种以微创方式治疗腕管综合征的极为有效且安全性高的手术术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 To design and develop a new intelligent endoscopic transverse carpal ligament cutter for hand surgery to optimize the traditional "carpal tunnel release" operation. Using the intelligent endoscopic transverse carpal ligament cutter,only a horizontal incision of about 6mm needs to be cut at the transverse wrist line, and the cutter was inserted into the distal end of the transverse carpal ligament along the proximal end of the transverse carpal ligament through the carpal canal. Endoscopic examination of the median nerve and tendon under the instrument guide plate showed that the tendon and median nerve were safely protected under the guide plate. Arthroscopic release of the transverse carpal ligament could be performed above the guide plate. The "carpal tunnel release" completed by using the intelligent endoscopic transverse carpal ligament cutter has the advantages of small surgical incision, intraoperative visualization, light postoperative trauma,short recovery period, and no traditional surgical scars. The clinical efficacy and safety of this technique have been greatly improved. It is a minimally invasive and safe surgery for the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.更多还原
