AECOPD合并高碳酸血症患者血清SUA、SCr、β2-MG表达水平及临床意义
The expression levels and clinical significance of serum SUA,SCr and β2-MG in patients with AECOPD complicated with hypercapnia
【摘要】 目的 探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)合并高碳酸血症患者血清尿酸(SUA)、血肌酐(Scr)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)表达水平及临床意义。方法 选择2021年2月至2022年6月间涡阳县人民医院接治的102例AECOPD合并高碳酸血症患者作为实验组研究对象,另选99名健康体检志愿者作为对照组,对比两组及不同疗效患者的血清SUA、Scr、β2-MG水平,采用多元Logistic回归分析影响AECOPD合并高碳酸血症患者预后不良的危险因素。结果 实验组患者治疗前血清SUA、Scr、β2-MG水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预后不良组治疗前血清SUA、Scr、β2-MG水平均高于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用多元Logistic回归分析可知,治疗前血清SUA、Scr、β2-MG高水平是影响AECOPD合并高碳酸血症患者预后不良的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 治疗前血清SUA、SCr、β2-MG高水平表达会影响AECOPD合并高碳酸血症患者的预后情况,应积极采取措施,预防不良事件的发生。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression levels and clinical significance of serum uric acid(SUA),serum creatinine(Scr)and β2-MG in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)combined with hypercapnia. Methods 102 patients with AECOPD combined with hypercapnia who were treated at Guoyang County People’s Hospital from February 2021 to June 2022were selected as the experimental group,another 99 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group,the serum SUA,Scr,β2-MG levels were compared between the two groups and patients with different curative effects,and multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with AECOPD complicated with hypercapnia. Results The serum levels of SUA,Scr and β2-MG in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The serum SUA,Scr and β2-MG levels in the poor prognosis group were all higher before treatment than those in the good prognosis group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that high levels of serum SUA,Scr and β2-MG before treatment were risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with AECOPD complicated with hypercapnia(P<0.05). Conclusion The high level of serum SUA,SCr and β2-MG expression before treatment can affect the prognosis of AECOPD patients with hypercapnia,and measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of adverse events.
