【摘要】 包皮环切术常用于包皮过长的治疗，属于较为短小的手术，但包皮中神经末梢丰富，在术中及术后产生强烈疼痛，可能引起患儿烦躁不安、哭闹及外伤出血等。如何进行围手术期镇痛一直是临床上面临的重要问题。超声引导会阴入路阴茎背神经阻滞是新兴的镇痛方式，通过超声辅助，能够清晰地显示阴茎背神经和会阴神经的相对位置，同时在超声图像上能够观察到麻药注射后的扩散状态，但尚未普遍应用于临床。本文总结了小儿包皮环切术的特点，超声引导的小儿外周神经阻滞现状，外周神经阻滞联合全身麻醉以及超声引导会阴入路阴茎背神经阻滞在小儿包皮环切术中的应用情况，旨在为小儿包皮环切术麻醉镇痛提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Circumcision is often used for the treatment of redundant prepuce, which is a relatively short operation. However, the nerve terminal is rich in prepuce, causing intense pain during and after the operation, which may cause children to be agitated, crying, traumatic bleeding, etc. How to carry out perioperative analgesia has always been an important problem in clinical practice. Ultrasound-guided dorsal penile nerve block via perineal approach is an emerging analgesic method. With the assistance of ultrasound, the relative position of dorsal penile nerve and perineal nerve can be clearly displayed. At the same time, the diffusion state after anesthetic injection can be observed on the ultrasound image, but it has not been widely used in clinical practice. This paper summarizes the characteristics of pediatric circumcision, the current situation of ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block in children, the application of peripheral nerve block combined with general anesthesia and ultrasound-guided perineal dorsal penile nerve block in pediatric circumcision, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for anesthesia and analgesia in pediatric circumcision.更多还原
