【Abstract】 Irisin, as a new muscle factor, has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, improving energy metabolism, regulating bone metabolism and other functions, and plays an important role in a variety of diseases. The relationship between Irisin and heart failure and osteoporosis has been a research hotspot in recent years, and the specific role of Irisin in these two diseases have not been clarified.
