【摘要】 目的 分析帕金森病主要照顾者的益处发现、自我效能与照顾负担的关系。方法 选取2021年12月-2022年3月长沙市某三甲医院神经内科病房帕金森病患者主要照顾者作为研究对象，采用自制的一般资料调查问卷、ZBI护理负担量表、一般自我效能感量表（GSES）、中文版益处发现量表（BFS）对其一般资料、自我效能、益处发现等方面进行调查，分析上述因素的关系。结果 共发放问卷210份，回收问卷204份，帕金森病患者主要照顾者中男79名，女125名，其BFS量表总分为[51.00(45.00,59.00)]分，GSES量表总分为[17.00(15.00,20.00)]分，ZBI护理负担量表总分为[64.00(40.00,71.00)]分；Spearman相关分析显示，GSES量表总分、BFS量表各维度评分及总分与ZBI护理负担量表总分呈负相关性（均r<0，均P<0.05）；多元逐步回归分析显示，照顾负担对帕金森病患者主要照顾者益处发现及自我效能水平具有预测作用（P<0.05）。结论 帕金森病患者的主要护理人员照顾负担处于中等水平，其与照顾者益处发现和自我效应有关；神经科医生应培养其积极心理状态，为减轻相关人员的护理负担提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationship between benefit finding, self-efficacy and care burden in primary caregivers of Parkinson’s disease.Methods From December 2021 to March 2022, the primary caregivers of patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD) in the neurology ward of a tertiary hospital in Changsha were selected as the research objects. The self-made general data questionnaire, Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview, General SelfEfficacy Scale(GSES) and Chinese version of Benefit Finding Scale(BFS) were used to investigate their general data, self-efficacy and benefit finding, and the relationship between the above factors was analyzed.Results A total of 210 questionnaires were distributed and 204 questionnaires were collected. There were 79 males and 125 females in the primary caregivers of patients with Parkinson’s disease. The total score of BFS scale was[51.00(45.00,59.00)] scores, the total score of GSES scale was [17.00(15.00,20.00)] scores, and the total score of ZBI scale was [64.00(40.00,71.00)]scores. Spearman correlation analysis showed that the total score of GSES scale, each dimension score and total score of BFS scale were negatively correlated with the total score of ZBI scale(all r<0, all P<0.05); multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the burden of care had a predictive effect on the level of benefit finding and self-efficacy of primary caregivers of patients with Parkinson’s disease( P <0.05).Conclusion The care burden of primary caregivers of patients with Parkinson’s disease is at a moderate level, which is related to the benefit finding and self-efficacy of caregivers. Neurologists should cultivate their positive psychological state to help reduce the nursing burden of relevant personnel.更多还原
