高分辨质谱技术在环境和食品风险物质非靶向筛查检测中应用的研究进展
Progress of application of high resolution mass spectrometry in non targeted screening and detection of environmental and food risk substances
【摘要】 环境、食品等复杂基体中未知化学物质的筛查是卫生检验领域的难点之一,非靶向筛查技术可以为环境污染和食品安全相关事件提供新的解决方案。高分辨质谱(HHRMS)技术是具有食品安全风险识别能力的技术,理论上能够检测和鉴别食品中的所有风险物质,基于HRMS技术的非靶向筛查分析策略,能够帮助检测实验室面对日益增长的环境和食品安全需求。目前,HRMS技术在环境领域被应用于水体、土壤和沉积物、空气等样品中污染物的非靶向筛查,在食品安全领域被应用于农药残留、兽药残留、非法添加及食物中毒等污染物的非靶向筛查。
【Abstract】 The screening of unknown chemical substances in complex matrices such as environment and food is one of the difficulties in the field of health inspection.Non targeted screening technology can provide new solutions for environmental pollution and food safety related events.High resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS) is a technology with the ability to identify food safety risks.In theory, it can detect and identify all risk substances in food.Based on the non targeted screening analysis strategy of HRMS,it can help testing laboratories face the growing environmental and food safety needs.At present, HRMS is applied in the environmental field for non targeted screening of pollutants in water, soil and sediment, air and other samples, and in the field of food safety for non targeted screening of pollutants such as pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, illegal addition, and food poisoning.
