2018-2021年山东省青岛市公共场所健康危害因素相关性分析

【摘要】 目的 了解2018-2021年山东省青岛市公共场所健康危害因素状况,分析健康危害因素之间的相关性,为加强公共场所卫生管理提供依据。方法 2018-2021年在山东省青岛市市南区、市北区、李沧区、城阳区、崂山区、西海岸新区、平度市七个区市,对宾馆/酒店、候车室、商场/超市、健身房进行夏季和冬季健康危害因素监测,监测内容包括物理因素、化学污染物及空气微生物。结果 共监测青岛市七区市4类重点公共场所、173家次场所、451个监测点。健康危害因素监测合格率由低到高依次为噪声(63.2%)、真菌总数(77.6%)、甲醛(90.7%)、细菌总数(91.4%)、PM10(95.3%)、PM2.5(96.0%)、CO2(99.1%),苯、甲苯、二甲苯、CO的合格率均为100%。Spearman相关分析结果显示,PM10与PM2.5呈高度正相关(rs=0.767,P<0.05);苯、甲苯、二甲苯之间呈中度正相关(rs为0.410~0.604,P<0.05),温度分别与相对湿度、甲醛呈中度正相关(rs分别为0.549、0.387,P<0.05),细菌总数与真菌总数呈中度正相关(rs为0.486,P<0.05)。结论 青岛市公共场所大部分健康危害因素,如颗粒物、空气微生物、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛、温湿度间存在相关关系,这些因素可对公共场所造成一定的健康风险。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of health hazard factors in public places in Qingdao city, Shandong province from 2018 to 2021,and to analyze the correlation between health hazard factors, so as to provide a basis for strengthening the health management of public places. Methods Monitoring of health hazards in summer and winter were conducted in hotels, waiting rooms of bus and train stations, shopping malls, supermarkets and gymnasiums in 7 districts of Qingdao city(Shinan district, Shibei district, Licang district, Chengyang district, Laoshan district, West Coast New Area and Pingdu city) from 2018 to 2021.The monitoring content encompassed physical parameters, chemical pollutants and airborne microorganism. Results A total of 173 places and 451 sites in 4 critical kinds of public places were monitored in 7 districts of Qingdao city.The qualified rate of the health hazards from low to high were noise(63.2%),total fungi count(77.6%),formaldehyde(90.7%),total bacterial count(91.4%),PM10(95.3%),PM2.5(96.0%) and carbon dioxide(99.1%),respectively.The other health hazards, including benzene, toluene, xylene and carbon monoxide were all 100%.Spearman correlation analysis showed that PM10 and PM2.5 presented highly positive correlation(rs=0.767,P<0.05).Benzene, toluene, xylene showed moderately positive correlation(rs=0.410-0.604,P<0.05).Temperature and relative humidity as well as formaldehyde presented moderately positive correlation(rs=0.549 and 0.387,P<0.05).Total bacterial count and total fungi count showed moderately positive correlation(rs=0.486,P<0.05). Conclusion Most of the health hazards, such as particulate matter, airborne microorganism, benzene, toluene, xylene, formaldehyde, temperature and relative humidity were correlated, which may pose certain health risks to public places of Qingdao city.
