【摘要】 目的:对我国商业健康保险研究进行文献计量与可视化分析，了解当前研究现状与存在的问题，为商业健康保险研究的发展提供参考。方法:以中国知网为文献数据源，检索1998年1月1日-2023年3月7日期间与商业健康保险相关的文献。运用CiteSpace 6.1.R4软件对作者和机构进行共现分析，对关键词进行共现分析及突现分析。结果:最终共纳入1373篇文献，共有306位作者、261个研究机构参与研究，但作者及机构间的连线较为稀疏；频次排在前10位的关键词为“基本医疗保险”(266次)、“保费收入”(67次)、“影响因素”(37次)、“道德风险”(35次)、“税收优惠”(28次)、“风险控制”(27次)、“健康管理”(25次)、“惠民保”(15次)、“逆向选择”(14次)、“经营模式”(8次);最近突现的关键词为“惠民保”(强度为4.94)。结论:我国商业健康保险研究的期刊发文量整体呈递增趋势，但核心作者群尚未形成，同时研究机构间缺乏合作机制。研究热点包括基本医疗保险与商业健康保险的融合发展、商业健康保险需求、经营模式以及监管等，但有关社商融合及商业健康保险监管的研究内容单一。“惠民保”成为未来研究热点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This study aims to conduct bibliometric and visual analyses on commercial health insurance research in China, understanding the current research landscape and shortcomings, providing insights for future development. Methods: CNKI was used as the literature data source to retrieve articles related to commercial health insurance from January 1, 1998 to March 7, 2023. CiteSpace 6.1.R4 software was applied for co-occurrence analyses of authors and institutions, and for keyword analysis. Results: The search yielded a total of 1373 articles, contributed by 306 authors across 261 research institutions. However, connections among authors and institutions were observed to be sparse. The top ten keywords by frequency include "basic medical insurance(frequency 266), premium income(frequency 67), influencing factors(frequency 37), moral hazard(frequency 35), tax incentives(frequency 28), risk control(frequency 27), health management(frequency 25), Huimin Insurance(frequency 15),adverse selection(frequency 14), business model(frequency 8) ".The emerging keyword of note was " Huimin Insurance" with a strength of 4.94.Conclusion: Articles on commercial health insurance in China have been increasing, but a core author group has not yet emerged, indicating a lack of collaboration among research institutions. Research focuses on the integration of basic and commercial health insurance, demand, business models, and supervision. " Huimin Insurance" is emerging as a future research hotspot.更多还原
