【摘要】 目的:构建三甲医院护士心理干预模型，为改善三甲医院护士心理健康问题提供参考。方法:运用文献检索和调查研究等方式，设计护士心理干预措施函询问卷。选取函询专家30人，运用德尔菲法开展专家函询，依据专家评分和函询意见筛选并修订心理干预措施。使用层次分析法计算各项干预指标权重，构建心理干预模型。结果:构建三甲医院护士心理干预模型，包含一级指标7项，包括心理健康宣教、心理健康培训、心理健康咨询、心理疏导特色活动、护士职业技能及发展、身体健康、体育锻炼类活动。二级指标16项和各项指标权重值。专家函询问卷回收率100%,权威系数0.757,协调程度符合标准，层次分析法判断性矩阵一致性可以接受。结论:构建的心理干预模型具备一定的适用性、可靠性和三甲医院的可行性，有助于各级护理管理者借鉴和应用，进一步改善护士的心理健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To construct a psychological intervention model for nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals, so as to provide references for improving the mental health problems of nurses in 3A-grade hospitals. Methods: Literature search and research were used to design the psychological intervention questionnaire. Thirty experts were selected for letter consultation, and Delphi method was used to carry out expert letter consultation. Psychological intervention measures were screened and revised according to expert scores and opinions. Experts were used to score each intervention index for the second time, and the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of each intervention index to construct the psychological intervention model. Results: The psychological stress intervention model of nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals was constructed, including 7 first-level indicators, including mental health education, mental health training, mental health counseling, psychological counseling special activities, nursing career skills and development, physical health, and sports activities.16 second-level indicators and the weight value of each indicator. The recovery rate of the expert letter inquiry questionnaire was 100%, the authority coefficient was 0.757, the coordination degree met the standard, and the consistency of the analytic hierarchy process judgment matrix was acceptable.Conclusion: The psychological intervention model constructed in this study has certain adaptability, reliability and feasibility in grade-A tertiary hospitals, which is helpful for nursing managers at all levels to learn and apply, and further improve the mental health of nurses.更多还原
