【摘要】 目的:对山东省某市县级精神专科医院精神障碍护理服务能力进行综合评价，为提升其护理服务能力提供参考。方法:抽取山东省某市6家县级精神专科医院作为评估对象，利用加权累加综合评价法、TOPSIS法和RSR法对其精神障碍护理服务能力水平进行综合评价和分档排序；采用深入访谈法分析影响县级精神专科医院精神障碍护理服务能力提升的深层次原因。结果:综合评价结果显示5家医院均属于“中”层次；过程性服务能力得分最高(0.84),结果性服务能力次之(0.71),结构性服务能力得分最低(0.40);其中人力资源、财力资源、物资资源、康复护理、组织成长、服务结果和服务效果评价指标得分较低；深入访谈法发现县级精神专科医院护理队伍学历和职称层次低、缺少精神专科护士；医疗设备配置不到位；经费投入不足。结论:加权累加综合评价法、TOPSIS法和RSR法相结合较好地评价了县级精神专科医院精神障碍护理服务能力；山东省某市县级精神专科医院精神障碍护理服务能力的整体水平有待提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To comprehensively evaluate the nursing service ability of mental disorder in county-level psychiatric hospital in a city of Shandong province, so as to provide references for improving its nursing service ability. Methods: 6 county-level psychiatric hospitals in a city of Shandong province were selected as the evaluation objects, and the weighted cumulative comprehensive evaluation method, TOPSIS method and RSR method were combined to comprehensively evaluate and rank the level of mental disorder nursing service ability. In-depth interview method was used to analyze the deep reasons influencing the improvement of mental disorder nursing service ability in county-level psychiatric hospital. Results: The comprehensive evaluation results showed that all the five hospitals belonged to the "medium" level. The process service ability score was the highest(0.84), followed by the result service ability(0.71), and the structural service ability score was the lowest(0.40). Among them, the evaluation index score of human resources, financial resources, material resources, rehabilitation nursing, organizational growth, service results and service effect was low. In-depth interview found that the nursing staff of county psychiatric hospital had low educational background and professional title and lacked psychiatric nurses. Medical equipment was not inadequate, the funding was insufficient. Conclusion: Combined with weighted accumulative comprehensive evaluation method, TOPSIS method and RSR method, the nursing service ability of mental disorders in county-level psychiatric hospital is better evaluated. The overall level of mental disorder nursing service ability in county-level psychiatric hospitals in a city of Shandong province needs to be improved.更多还原
