【摘要】 尿毒症患者在软组织内可见多发肿瘤钙化物沉积,伴继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进,其机制尚未明晰,治疗仍具有挑战性。针对其主要的诱发因素,甲状旁腺切除术是关键治疗手段,可以迅速缓解症状。本文报道了1例尿毒症透析患者的肿瘤钙质样转移性钙化在甲状旁腺切除术后出现的不同结果,患者转移性钙化没有明显的吸收,同时出现了严重的微血管钙化和皮下血管外钙化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multiple tumor calcification deposits with secondary hyperparathyroidism can be seen in soft tissue of patients with uremia.The mechanism remains unclear,so its treatment is challenging.For its main inducing factors,parathyroidectomy can quickly relieve symptoms,which is one of the key treatment methods.This paper reported the different results of uremic tumoral calcinosis in patient with uremia dialysis after parathyroidectomy.The metastatic calcification was not absorbed obviously,severe microvascular calcification and subcutaneous extravascular calcification appeared at the same time.更多还原
