【摘要】 目的 探讨病毒性脑炎（viral encephalitis,VE）患儿血清及脑脊液中炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α）、白细胞介素-4 (Interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-6 (Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)，在疾病发生发展过程中的变化规律及其临床意义。方法 选取2019年1月—2020年12月由无锡市儿童医院确诊的VE患儿96例作为研究对象，根据疾病严重程度的不同分为重症组（24例）和轻症组（72例），同时选择至无锡市儿童医院儿外科行腰椎间隙麻醉完成择期手术且无中枢神经系统相关性疾病的50例患儿作为对照组，采用ELISA法分别检测患儿血清和脑脊液中TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10的表达水平并进行比较分析。结果脑炎组（重症组、轻症组）血清和脑脊液中TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10的表达水平高于对照组，治疗前后重症组均高于轻症组（P<0.05）。结论 VE患儿血清和脑脊液中炎症因子TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10参与了疾病发生发展的病理过程，且其表达水平的高低与病情严重程度具有一定的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the chang and its clinical significance of inflammatory factors TNF-α, IL-4,IL-6, IL-10 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of children with viral encephalitis during the occurrence and development of the disease. Methods 96 children with viral encephalitis diagnosed by Wuxi children’s Hospital from January 2019 to December2020 were selected as the research object, and then further divided into severe group and mild group according to the severity of the disease. At the same time, 50 children without central nervous system organic diseases who underwent elective surgery in the pediatric surgery of our hospital were selected as the control group. The expression levels of TNF-α, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were detected by ELISA and make comparative analysis. Results The expression levels of TNF-α, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in the encephalitis group(severe group and mild group)were higher than those in the control group, among which the severe group was higher than that in the mild group(P<0.05).Conclusion The inflammatory factor of TNF-α, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of children with viral encephalitis are involved in the pathological process of disease occurrence and development, and their expression levels are correlated with the severity of the disease.更多还原
