【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人电子健康卡接纳意愿的影响因素，为推广普及电子健康卡提供依据。方法 对老年人进行问卷调查，构建结构方程模型分析其电子健康卡接纳意愿的影响因素。结果 问卷信效度良好；感知易用性、生理机能、便利条件、感知有用性直接影响接纳意愿；生理机能、便利条件均显著影响感知易用性；未发现感知风险对感知有用性、接纳意愿的影响。结论 感知易用性对接纳意愿影响最大，感知有用性影响最小；生理机能与感知易用性、接纳意愿均呈负相关；便利条件对感知易用性、接纳意愿均呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influencing factors of the acceptance willingness of electronic health cards for the elderly,and to provide basis for popularizing electronic health cards. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the elderly,and a structural equation model was constructed to analyze the influencing factors of their willingness to accept electronic health cards. Results The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good.Perceived ease of use,physiological function,convenience conditions and perceived usefulness directly affect the willingness to accept.Physiological functions and convenience conditions have significant effects on perceived ease of use.No influence of perceived risk on perceived usefulness and willingness to accept was found. Conclusion Perceived ease of use has the greatest influence on willingness to accept,while perceived usefulness has the least influence.Physiological function is negatively correlated with perceived ease of use and willingness to accept. Convenience conditions are positively correlated with perceived ease of use and willingness to accept.更多还原
