【摘要】 养老机构老年人社会隔离风险高。社会参与对老年人的认知功能有持续的保护作用，且在降低抑郁、孤独感，及提升幸福感、价值认同等方面有着积极的作用。为养老机构老年人构建更良好的社会参与环境，本文从养老机构老年人社会参与的概念、作用、分类、测量量表、影响因素及干预措施等方面进行综述分析，指出应推进养老机构老年人社会参与环境的评价标准研究，落实社交媒体等科技手段的应用，并拓宽代际交流的多元性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The risk of social isolation of the elderly in nursing institutions is high. Social participation has a continuous protective effect on the cognitive function of the elderly, and has a positive effect on reducing depression, loneliness, improving happiness, and value recognition. In order to build a better social participation environment for the elderly in nursing institutions, this paper reviews and analyzes the concept, effects, classification, measurement scales, influencing factors and interventions of the social participation of the elderly in nursing institutions, and points out that the research on the evaluation criteria of the social participation environment of the elderly in nursing institutions should be promoted, the application of social media and other scientific and technological means should be implemented, and the plurality of intergenerational communication should be broadened.更多还原
