【摘要】 目的 构建膀胱癌患者膀胱灌注化疗间歇期延续护理敏感指标体系。方法 以奥马哈系统为框架，成立课题小组，在文献研究基础上结合患者访谈初步拟定膀胱癌患者膀胱灌注化疗间歇期延续护理敏感指标，经过两轮Delphi专家函询，对指标条目进行修改，确定最终指标。结果 第1、2轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为88.24%、93.33%；专家权威系数分别为0.869、0.896；总体协调系数分别为0.236、0.338，两者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。经过两轮专家函询，各个条目重要性评分均数>3.50且变异系数<0.25，最终形成了环境领域、心理社会领域、生理领域、健康相关行为4个一级指标、23个二级指标、61个三级指标的膀胱癌患者膀胱灌注化疗间歇期延续护理敏感指标体系。结论 成功构建膀胱癌患者膀胱灌注化疗间歇期延续护理敏感指标体系，该体系具有较高的应用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a sensitive index system for continuous nursing care of patients with bladder cancer during the intermittent period of intravesical chemotherapy. Methods With Omaha system as the framework, a research group was set up. On the basis of literature research, combined with patient interviews, the sensitive indicators of continuous care for patients with bladder cancer during the intermittent period of bladder perfusion chemotherapy were initially drawn up. After two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence, the indicators were modified to determine the final indicators. Results The recovery rates of the first and second rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were 88. 24%and 93. 33% respectively. The expert authority coefficient was 0. 869 and 0. 896 respectively. The overall coordination coefficient was 0. 236 and 0. 338 respectively, with a statistically significant difference(P<0. 05). After two rounds of expert correspondence, the mean value of each item’s importance score was more than 3. 50 and the coefficient of variation was less than 0. 25. Finally, a sensitive index system of continuous nursing care for bladder cancer patients in the intermittent period of bladder perfusion chemotherapy was formed, including four primary indicators, 23 secondary indicators, and 61 tertiary indicators in the environmental field, psychosocial field, physiological field, and health-related behavior. Conclusion The sensitive index system of continuous nursing care for patients with bladder cancer during the intermittent period of bladder perfusion chemotherapy was successfully constructed, and the system has high applicability.更多还原
