【摘要】 目的 了解个案管理在我国艾滋病领域的研究现状及发展趋势。方法 以中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure, CNKI)、万方、维普数据库为数据来源，基于CiteSpace 6.1.3R信息可视化软件，对2014年1月—2022年6月艾滋病个案管理的期刊文献从发文量、作者及合作关系、研究机构和地区分布、高频关键词和研究热点等角度，进行文献计量及共现网络分析。结果 共检索到61篇文献。年发文量呈上升趋势，2020年发文量最多，为15篇(24.6%)。61篇文献共发表在41本期刊上。研究类型以实验性研究为主的有45篇(73.8%),质性研究仅1篇(1.6%)。共涉及170名作者，以第一作者发文2篇的作者有5名，独著文献18篇(29.5%)。61篇文献共涉及49个机构，研究力量主要集中在上海市公共卫生临床中心，机构地区分布较分散，江苏省发文量最多，为16篇(26.2%),机构间合作的文献较少。生活质量、依从性为个案管理研究的持续主题，对改善人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)/艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome, AIDS)患者自我效能的研究成为新热点，对其症状管理的关注度高。结论 个案管理在我国艾滋病领域的实践研究已初具规模，但尚有较大的提升空间，需加强机构与作者的合作，开展适合我国国情的本土化个案管理模式研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status and development trend of case management in the field of AIDS in China.Methods Using China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang and VIP databases as data sources and based on CiteSpace 6.1.3R information visualization software, bibliometric analysis and co-occurrence network analysis were conducted on the journal literature of HIV/AIDS case management from January 2014 to June 2022 from the perspectives of the number of literatures published, authors and collaborations, research institutions and regional distribution, high-frequency keywords and research hotspots, etc.Results A total of 61 literatures were retrieved.The annual publication count demonstrated an upward trend, with the highest number of literatures published in 2020,15(24.6%).These 61 literatures were published in 41 journals.The main type of research was experimental research, 45(73.8%),while only 1(1.6%) was qualitative research.Involving a total of 170 authors, 5 of them published 2 literatures as the first author, and 18 literatures(29.5%) were single-authored.Sixty-one literatures covered a total of 49 institutions, and the research strength was mainly concentrated in Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center.The regional distribution of institutions was more decentralized, Jiangsu Province had the most publications, 16(26.2%),and less literature on interagency collaboration.Quality of life and compliance were the continuing themes of case management research.The research on improving self-efficacy of HIV/AIDS patients emerged as a new hotspot, and high attention was paid to symptom management of HIV/AIDS patients.Conclusion The case management practice research in the field of AIDS in China has initially taken shape, but there is still much room for improvement.It is necessary to strengthen the cooperation between institutions and authors, and carry out research on the mode of localized case management suitable for China′s national conditions.更多还原
