气相色谱-质谱法测定工作场所空气中苯系物

【摘要】 目的 建立气相色谱-质谱法测定工作场所空气中苯系物的方法。方法 2022年5月,使用活性炭管采样,二硫化碳解吸,用聚乙二醇的强极性固定相(HP-INNOWax)色谱柱分离,采用特征选择离子监测(selected ion monitoring, SIM)进行数据采集,用化合物的保留时间和特征碎片的质荷比定性,外标法定量。结果 采用自动调谐模式,色谱柱对7种待测组分的分离效果较好,各组分峰完全分离。工作场所空气中苯系物线性关系良好,线性相关系数r>0.999,检出限在0.001 0~0.002 7μg/ml,最低检出浓度在0.000 7~0.001 8mg/m~3,加标回收率为91.0%~98.0%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为1.9%~5.1%,准确度和精密度良好。应用本方法对活性炭中苯系物质量控制样品进行测定,结果显示测定值与参考值基本符合,结果均在质控范围。结论 气相色谱-质谱法准确可靠、灵敏度高,能为工作场所空气中苯系物的检测提供有效准确的检测方法,其定性准确,灵敏度高,结果显示准确可靠,有一定的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of benzene homologues in the air of workplace by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Methods In May 2022,samples were collected with activated carbon tubes, desorption was conducted with carbon disulfide, separation was achieved with high polarity stationary phase(HP-INNOWax) chromatographic column of polyethylene glycol, and data collection was done with selected ion monitoring(SIM).The retention time of the compounds and the mass-to-charge ratio of the characteristic fragments were used for qualitative analysis and external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Results Adopting automatic tuning mode, the chromatographic column has good separation effect on the 7 components to be tested, and the peaks of each component were completely separated.The linear relationship of benzene homologues in the air of the workplace was good, the linear correlation coefficient r>0.999,the detection limit was between 0.001 0 and 0.002 7μg/ml, the minimum detection concentration was between(0.000 7-0.001 8)mg/m~3,the recovery rate of spiked standard was 91.0%-98.0%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.9%-5.1%.The accuracy and precision were good.This method was applied to determine the quality control samples of benzene series compounds in activated carbon, and the results showed that the measured values were basically consistent with the reference values, and the results were all within the quality control range.Conclusion Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is accurate, reliable and highly sensitive, which can provide an effective and accurate detection method for the detection of benzene series in the air of workplace.Its qualitative accuracy, high sensitivity, accurate and reliable results show that it has certain application value.
