离子色谱法测定饮用水氟化物的不确定度评定
Evaluation of uncertainty in determination of fluoride in drinking water by ion chromatography
【摘要】 目的 采用离子色谱法测定饮用水氟化物含量的不确定度进行评定,找出影响饮用水氟化物含量不确定度的主要因素,以提高检测的准确性。方法 应用《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)评定理论和《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》(CNAS—GL006)有关规定,对使用时间较长的离子色谱仪升级改造,对不确定因素(如标准溶液本身相对扩展不确定度、标准系列的配制、标准曲线拟合、样品平行测定等)进行分析评估,并对各个不确定度分量进行计算和合成,得到饮用水氟离子含量扩展不确定度。结果 测定结果显示,采用离子色谱法测定饮用水中氟离子含量为0.183mg/L,其扩展不确定度为0.012mg/L(K=2),结果表示为(0.183±0.012)mg/L。结论 影响饮用水氟离子含量测量不确定度的主要因素是标准曲线拟合及标准系列的配制,其中标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度影响最大,需在实验过程重点控制。该评定可为实验室测量饮用水氟化物提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of fluoride content in drinking water by ion chromatography, find out the main factors affecting the uncertainty of fluoride content in drinking water and improve the accuracy of detection.Methods Using the evaluation theory of Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(JJF 1059—2012) and the relevant regulations of Uncertainty Evaluation Guidelines in Chemical Analysis(CNAS—GL006),upgrade the ion chromatograph with a long use time, and the uncertain factors(such as the relative expanded uncertainty of standard solution itself, the preparation of standard series, standard curve fitting, sample parallel determination, etc.) were analyzed and evaluated.Each uncertainty component was calculated and synthesized to obtain the extended uncertainty of fluoride ion content in drinking water.Results The measurement results showed that the content of fluoride in drinking water determined by ion chromatography was 0.183mg/L,the expanded uncertainty was 0.012mg/L(K=2),and the result was expressed as(0.183±0.012)mg/L.Conclusion The main factors affecting the measurement uncertainty of fluoride content in drinking water are standard curve fitting and the standard series preparation, of which the standard curve fitting has the greatest impact and needs to be controlled in the experimental process.The evaluation can provide a theoretical basis for laboratory measurement of fluoride in drinking water.
