In the course of further exploring the development law of digital transformation in higher education schools, the adaptive change of campus network has become an important basic work, and the proxy dialing technology and practice program carried out by Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology under the convergence of multi-operator development mode is a basic case to provide a path reference for the digital transformation of colleges and universities.
