【摘要】 催产素被认为具有抗焦虑、抗应激、调节情绪等多种作用。近年来已有大量研究发现催产素神经元系统可作用于奖赏系统，进而延缓或者阻断药物滥用的发展。并且，药物滥用人群的催产素神经元系统会发生调节异常，进而导致成瘾的发展，这一机制在不同种类的药物成瘾中均已得到证实。本文就催产素对不同种类药物成瘾的可能治疗作用及相关机制作一综述，以期为戒治药物成瘾提供新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oxytocin is recognized as having various effects such as anti-anxiety, anti-stress, and mood regulation.In recent years, a large number of studies have found that the oxytocin neuronal system can act on the reward system, thereby delaying or blocking the progression of drug abuse.In addition, the oxytocin neuronal system in drug abuse people can be abnormalized, leading to the progression of addiction, a mechanism that has been demonstrated in different types of drug addiction.This article reviews the possible effects and related mechanism of oxytocin on different types of drug addiction, in order to provide new ideas for medical treatment of drug addiction.更多还原
