【摘要】 目的 通过建立国家卫生应急移动救治中心创伤单元的人员梯队，探讨创伤单元医护人员的模块化梯次递进式培训模式的优缺点，为提升队员救援能力与创伤单元的建立提供参考。方法 构建国家卫生应急移动救治中心创伤单元的人员梯队，制定相关管理制度，规范创伤单元的理论和知识培训。采用模块化梯次递进式培训模式，提高培训效率及队员适应能力，进一步提高创伤单元队员的灾害救援能力。结果 模块化梯次递进式培训模式及全流程模拟演练能迅速提高创伤单元医护人员的岗位适应能力，为创伤单元提供高效救援能力，促进创伤单元的创建和功能的实现。结论 模块化梯次递进式培训模式用于应急移动救治中心创伤单元的人员可快速提升多种应急救援能力，以及创伤单元任务的完成有一定的参考与借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveBy establishing the personnel echelon of trauma unit in national health emergency mobile treatment center, the advantages and disadvantages of the modular progressive training mode for medical personnel in trauma unit are discussed, which can provide reference for improving the rescue ability of team members and the establishment of trauma unit.MethodsConstruct the echelon of trauma unit of national health emergency mobile treatment center, formulate relevant management system, and standardize the theory and knowledge training of trauma unit. The modular stepwise training mode is adopted to improve the training efficiency and the adaptability of the team members, and further improve the disaster rescue ability of the team members in the trauma unit.ResultsThe modular stepwise training mode and the whole process simulation exercise can rapidly improve the post adaptation ability and provide efficient rescue ability of trauma unit medical staff, and promote the establishment of trauma unit and the realization of function.ConclusionThe modular stepwise progressive training mode has certain reference significance for the personnel of the trauma unit of the emergency mobile treatment center to improve their emergency rescue ability quickly and to complete the task of the trauma unit.更多还原
