【摘要】 目的:运用数据挖掘技术挖掘中文数据库中医药治疗消渴病汗证的组方用药规律。方法:收集、整理中国知网、维普、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库收录的期刊文献为资料来源，建立消渴病汗证方剂文献研究数据库，对数据库中的中药进行频次分析、关联分析、复杂网络分析和系统聚类分析。结果:在符合纳入标准文献中共整理出70个方剂，其中黄芪、牡蛎、生地黄、五味子、龙骨是频数较高的单味药，药物五味以甘味、苦味为主，四气以寒性药物居多，归经以肝、肺、肾经为主，药物功效中补虚药、活血化瘀药、清热药是使用最多的。系统聚类分析时共聚类出5类药物，主要功效是以益气固表、滋阴泻火、滋补肝肾、敛阴止汗、调和营卫为主。结论:说明消渴病汗证的病机主要与气虚、阴虚、瘀血相关，现代医家治疗消渴病汗证的主要原则为益气养阴、活血化瘀，在辨证的基础上加用固表敛汗之品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Using data mining technology to mine the Chinese database of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetes and sweating syndrome.Methods:Collect and sort out the journal documents included in the CNKI,VIP,WanFangData and SinoMed databases as data sources, establish a literature research database of prescriptions for diabetic sweat syndrome, and conduct frequency analysis, association analysis, complex network analysis and systematic cluster analysis of Chinese medicines in the database.Results:The results showed that a total of 70 prescriptions were sorted out in the literature that met the inclusion criteria.Among them, astragalus, oyster, rehmannia, schisandra, and dragon bone are the more frequent single herbs.The five flavors of the drugs are mainly sweet and bitter, and the main four qi is cold, and the main meridians are the liver, lung, and kidney meridians.Among the medicines’ efficacy, the medicines for tonic, blood circulation and blood stasis, and heat-clearing medicines are the most used.In the systematic clustering analysis, a total of 5 types of drugs were clustered.The main effect is to nourish qi solidify the surface, nourish Yin purge fire, nourish liver and kidney, consolidate Yin stop sweating, and protect the camp.Conclusion:It shows that the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus sweat syndrome is mainly related to qi deficiency, Yin deficiency and blood stasis, and the main principle of modern doctors in the treatment of diabetes mellitus sweat syndrome is to reconcile Yin and Yang, consolidate the surface of sweat accumulation, on the basis of syndrome differentiation, add solid surface sweat accumulation products.更多还原
