【摘要】 《汉语大字典》部分释义承袭故训，用语简括，意义晦冥，形义关系不明，读者对此易生疑惑。今以攴部为例，对16例难字疑义试作考析，其中系联正俗字11例，疏解疑难释义2例，建议合并重合义项1例，考辨虚假义项2例。汉字形义演变复杂，历史层累深厚，因此难字疑义甚多。《汉语大字典》兼有存贮训诂材料的功能，对有些疑而难决的释义，仅予照录，不作臆解，这种审慎态度值得肯定。但经研究可获确解者，还是应当尽量揭明，从而推进学术，便利后学。当然此类工作须以不违背字典体例为原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 In Chinese Dictionary, some explanations follow the ancient rules, the terms are brief but comprehensive, the meanings are obscure, and the relationship between form and meaning is unclear, which makes readers be prone to doubts. Taking radical pu(攴) as an example, this paper analyzes the meanings of 16 difficult characters, among which 11 cases are related correct popular forms of characters, 2 cases are the interpretations of difficult meanings, 1 case is the suggested combination of overlapping senses, and 2 cases are the textual research of false meanings. The evolution of forms and meanings of Chinese characters is complicated, and its history is rich and profound, so there are many doubts about difficult characters. Chinese Dictionary also has the function of storing exegetical materials. It only records some doubtful and difficult interpretations, and no assumptions are made. This prudent attitude is worthy of affirmation. However, those interpretations that can be definitely proved through research should still be revealed as much as possible, so as to promote academic studies and to facilitate the scholars of younger age.
